Hi everyone!

This is actually a regeneration of a dead blog, but with the same purpose as before- to track my health and fitness.

I just picked up a second job, and I really need the extra income so I am thankful, but I am also aware of how much easier it will be to let my health and fitness slide without the extra time on my hands.  I'm definitely less than thrilled with my current body and level of fitness, but I am recovered from an eating disorder so I want to make sure that my focus is on being healthy and not skinny.

I am 5 ft 5 1/2 in tall and weigh 117 pounds, so I'm definitely not considered overweight, but I really want to get rid of the cellulite and the tummy bulge and just be more toned overall.  I have been going to the gym regularly, but eating healthy has been harder, especially when I'm on the go.  I notice some of my clothes make bumps and bulges- like my bra in my back or my pants around my waist.  I really want to get rid of those and have curves where they belong!

I'm going to try to update this blog daily with what I ate and did for exercise.  Hope this will be an exciting venture to a healthy me!
